 I often suggest adding on an extra prenatal session for my first-time parents, high risk Clients or those Parents that would appreciate more time with me to prepare for baby’s birth. 90mins 

This session can be purchased at anytime before or after delivery. Clients report the extra support emotionally or physically to be extremely beneficial.

Discounts available on multiple sessions. 60min

Sharing your story within 12 weeks of the negative event can considerably reduce rates of PPD/PPA experienced. This is not a counseling session but a proactive pre-counseling discussion. 90min
